We recommend that your spa is given a water change every three months (Quarterly) This involves flushing the spa, draining water, swilling out and re-filling and finally re-balancing. It also comes in very handy after one of those party nights that has ended up with your water looking less than welcoming! Unfortunately we find that all too often these water changes are not carried out due to time constraints or the customer just not being confident enough to do it. No need to worry though as we can do this for you!
